LearningFlow vs Eduaide.ai

Eduaide.ai is an instructional design tool for one teacher: choose a resource type, attach a standard, and a worksheet or a test comes back as a PDF or a Word file. LearningFlow is an organisation account, so the school owns the work and the work does not stop at a document. A brief can come back as a .pptx, a narrated MP4 with subtitles, or a small app that students sign into with their own logins.

Choose Eduaide.ai if

Choose Eduaide.ai when one teacher needs standards-aligned material by tomorrow morning and nobody wants a procurement conversation.

  • A ninth grade science teacher who needs an NGSS-aligned worksheet before first period.
  • A test that needs a blueprint: sections, a mix of question types, item counts and points.
  • Six teachers at $5.99 a month each, paid by card, with nothing to set up.

Choose LearningFlow if

Choose LearningFlow when the organisation has to keep the work, and the work has to reach the students.

  • A department that still needs last July's tools in September, after the teacher left.
  • A brief that must end in a .pptx and a working .xlsx, not text to paste into one.
  • An assignment that students open with their own logins and a join code, with what they did reported over xAPI.

This is a good product at what it does. The question for a school is what else is on the invoice: each remaining job is another product, another bill, another set of logins, and a handover you do by hand every time.

One login, one pool of credits, one place the spending shows up. A video drops into a lesson, the lesson becomes an assignment, the assignment writes to a base and an app reads it — nothing is exported and re-imported.

Who owns the work
The account is keyed to one personal email, and Eduaide's FAQ says a subscription cannot be moved to another email.
The organisation owns the work from the moment it is created, and it never moves to another organisation. Remove a teacher and you remove her access, not her lessons.
Standards alignment
A standards picker that attaches a named standard to the resource, covering Common Core, NGSS, TEKS and the US state standards Eduaide lists.
There is no standards database, so alignment rests on what you put in the brief.
Assessment blueprints
Ready-made assessment blueprints that combine several question types across sections, with per-section item counts and point values.
The gallery has quiz and rubric tools, and you can build your own on the canvas, but there is no blueprint form.
Web pages and video as input
Uploaded documents, website links and YouTube links are inputs on the generation form, on the free tier too.
The gallery has a YouTube questions tool and published apps can call web search and crawl, but the Work with AI sandbox has no network.
Choosing the model
Two settings, Fast or Reasoning, and Reasoning is a Pro feature; Eduaide picks the named model itself.
Flow Designer reaches Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, Grok and DeepSeek among others, and no plan or tier changes that list.
Running it from your software
No public API, developer documentation or webhook reference is published, on any plan.
POST /task/:taskId with an x-api-key, streaming optional, and published apps also take signed webhooks and cron schedules.
A tool the library lacks
You pick from the published library, which its own site describes as over 100 resource types. Its free-form generator will make a one-off resource to your own description, but you cannot save a reusable tool of your own.
59 tools in the public gallery, plus a canvas where you connect the steps yourself, and the canvas refuses a connection between two steps that do not fit while you are drawing it.
Reporting to an LRS
Nothing is reported, because no student ever signs in and no learner record exists.
xAPI: ingest a package, use the SQL LRS we host, or point at the organisation's own LRS.

Turn one feature off for one group

Everyone inside gets the product. If a feature is not right for a group — thirteen-year-olds, or a department mid-pilot — the answer is to not give them an account at all.

What comes with it here.

Files, not text to paste

Ask for a marks workbook and an .xlsx comes back with the formulas still live; ask for a deck and it is a .pptx.

A narrated whiteboard video

One sentence becomes an MP4 with a voice track in 16:9, 9:16 or 1:1, and you can correct one scene before it is drawn.

Several apps, one database

A sign-in page, a webhook and a nightly job share one database, each with its own contract naming the tables, the columns and an end date.

Sub-organisations under one account

A trust or a training company runs each school as its own sub-organisation, billed in its own currency through Stripe or senangPay.

Where Eduaide.ai is the better choice

If the buyer is one teacher, or a department paying for itself, Eduaide.ai is the better purchase. It is $5.99 a month or $49.99 a year, the free tier needs no card, and its published library is far larger than our 59 tools. Its standards picker and its assessment blueprints are better than anything we ship, and because it holds no student data at all, the privacy review is short. Nothing about an organisation account helps a teacher who wants a worksheet by Monday.

Everything, side by side

The whole stack against Eduaide.ai.

The table above compares the two at the job they share. This one runs every capability past both, because what a school is choosing between is usually a tool that does one job and a workspace that does many. Hover any mark to see what it means, and a partial one to see exactly what is limited.

Questions people ask

Before they decide.

A teacher who built 40 resources leaves in July. What happens?

In Eduaide the work stays with her account. It is keyed to one personal email, the FAQ says a subscription cannot be moved to another email, and the terms say submitted materials remain the account holder's. In LearningFlow the organisation holds the work from the moment it is made, removing her takes away her access rather than her tools, and an admin can list the org-library tools she owned and hand them to someone else.

Can we run both, and does anything carry across?

Running both is common and nothing stops it. There is no import path, so a resource you want as a tool you can re-run is rebuilt here by hand. Eduaide exports PDF and Word, and those files can be read inside Work with AI, though a scanned page cannot be, because the sandbox has no OCR.

Can students use Eduaide.ai?

No. Its terms require users to be 18 or older, the FAQ says it is against the terms for students to create accounts, and there are no student-facing features; Classes are folders for a teacher's own documents. In LearningFlow students are a user type of their own, with accounts, join codes and assignments.

Which models run, and can we restrict them?

Eduaide offers Fast or Reasoning before it generates, Reasoning is a Pro feature, and the specific model is Eduaide's choice from OpenAI and Anthropic. LearningFlow lets you pick per flow from Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, Grok and DeepSeek among others, no plan gates the list, and the only restriction is an admin override set for the whole organisation.

What actually comes out as a file?

Eduaide gives PDF and Word downloads, Google Docs, Google Forms for assessments and formatted copy to clipboard. LearningFlow returns .pptx, .xlsx with working formulas, .docx, .mp4, .mp3 and .png. Eduaide produces no SCORM package; LearningFlow packages the finished video from Whiteboard Studio as a SCORM 1.2 zip that reports completion to your LMS — SCORM 1.2 only, and the video only, so a deck or a quiz still reports over xAPI.
