Every day teachers prepare for classes with ideas for learning, share their enthusiasm for learning, give their care and support to students, manage administrative flows, assess students’ work, give feedback and engage parents. Teachers often need to dip into their personal time and energy reserves. A cup of coffee a day is just not enough power to sustain these activities on a daily basis, 5 to 7 days a week.
